Within reason I have a challenge, give thanks for every experience that has been given to you.
Let these be positive or negative experiences. Make it a point to verbally thank whomever is creating this experience.
This challenge is meant to be a selfish challenge. Challenging the internal perspective not the external. What really changes by these experiences? Do the positive or negative experiences really change what is already set in motion? I have been using this type of a processing method for awhile now, and nothing has changed. I’m no more in the positive, or negative, for my life. If anything I am now in the driver seat in a way that I did not expect to be when I decided to say “thank you for allowing me to feel the way I do.” or “Thank you for throwing chaos into my life for this limited amount of time.” I find these things to be powerful in nature. I hope you will as well.
